DAY 2
Italian lasagna. It was fairly easy to make. Quite time consuming though (3 hours). Maybe because I haven’t learned to manage my time yet while cooking. We’ll see. Plus mom was cooking lamb adobo on the other stove and we’ve only got two. Turned out real tasty and cheesy as hell. It was a bit too tomato-y for me though considering that I already cut back on the tomato paste in the recipe. I shall add more sugar the next time. So yes, there will be a next time for this.
