What I found last Saturday! The mom had been searching for this for me for a few months now so that it will be easier to put names and numbers on clay. I found this set at National Bookstore and it’s way cheaper than the others I had found before so YAY!
I saw this design somewhere and thought it was too cute not to make. Shall be turning them into necklaces :D
Frankenstein!!! My little creation for the day. :) I made three of them, all of which are only big enough to be cell phone charms. Shall be making pendants soon. If you’re interested in purchasing one, visit my Facebook page: www.facebook.com/claybots :D
This was intended to keep track of my 30-day Cooking Challenge last October. I was successful at it but keeping a record of it here proved to great a challenge for me. I was able to take photos of most of them though (which are the ones you see above) so that’s good. Cooking didn’t really stick though even if I enjoyed making and eating each and every one of them.
So now this space is intended to share stuff that I will make or have made if I get my hands on some old projects. Mostly polymer clay creations will be posted here. :)
I hope you enjoy viewing them.
Day 10
Buffalo Chicken Bites - another favorite!!!!! At first I was a little apprehensive about this. It looked too easy and the ingredients were so simple but I figured, why not. I’m glad I made it!!! It’s so yummy and cheesy and it had the right amount of heat in it. Would’ve been better though if I read the part that said I should dip it into ranch sauce or blue cheese but I will keep that in mind so that I can buy for the next time I make this. But it is awesome as is. :)
~ My brother took the photo so it looks better than my other photos. Hahaha. I’m thinking I should take up food photography as well. :P
Day 9
This was supposed to be Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Shells but I didn’t have spinach nor did I have shells. So fail. I guess it was just Chicken Ribbon Pasta because I used the pasta shaped like a ribbon for the sole reason that I have never tried that before. Hahaha.
This one turned out just normal tasting. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything special either. I guess the result of this one would depend on the spaghetti sauce you use (I used a local blend of Italian sauce which turned out sweet) and I think making it without the spinach really made a difference.
Day 8
Cheese-Filled Pepper Burgers!!!! This is my mom’s recipe. My officemates and I decided to have a barbecue last Saturday and this was one of the three grilled things the we had. There were sausages and steaks too. The recipe called for Monterey Jack cheese but they didn’t have it in Shopwise so we just used some other cheese. I can’t remember what anymore. This turned out really cheesy given that we put two more slices of cheese on each burger before taking it off the grill even though the cheese from inside the burger was already oozing out of the patties.
Day 7
My favorite so far!!! Or maybe ever from things I’m making. The smell was mouthwatering while it was still in the oven and when I took a bite, GOODNESS it was so tender and flavorful! It was also very easy to make. You have to prepare it a day before though so that the chicken becomes really soft. YUMMY!!!
Day 6
This was considerable easy to make. It was really more a matter of figuring out how to assemble the thing so that the maximum amount of cheese and bacon can fit inside. Hahaha. It was quite messy to eat with the melted cheese and the yolk flowing from it when you take your first bite - but that’s how you know that’s it’s good. Haha. I can’t remember what this is called. I shall look later.
